At Minsnap, your privacy is paramount. You have full control over your account and synced data.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion
Open the Minsnap App → tap Settings → tap Your Profile → tap "Delete Account". Your cloud profile and synced history will be permanently erased instantly.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit your registered account email below. We will permanently delete your account, synced decks, and telemetry within 48 hours.
Your request has been received. Your account and associated cloud data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
